The FDC manifesto is the only commitment that can remove ugandans from poverty,the FDC presidential flag bearer Nathan Nandala Mafabi has declared.
He said this while addressing FDC supporters at Apac district this afternoon.
Nandala said ugandans have suffered with a lot of themed programs for the last forty years but no Ugandan has become rich.
He said the likes of Entandikwa Kulembeka,bona bagagawale, prosperity for all,NAADS, operation wealth Creation,Parish Development Model and many more have all failed to save Ugandans from poverty.
Nandala said his government is set to free ugandans from poverty if elected to implement its manifesto.
He said they plan to give a grant of 100 million shillings to every village every final year and hence 500 millions throughout the five years.
He also said the FDC plans to save youths from suffering through creation of jobs.
He said about ten percent of the National budget will be put into agriculture, and insurance will be made for Farmers who grow crops and they are destroyed by nature.
Nandala also said the FDC will revive all cooperative unions to help in marketing of cash crops like coffee, cotton and to***co to help ugandans get a better bargain for their products.
He also promised to revive the cooperative Bank and the Agricultural Bank to help farmers and business men access quick funds to run their projects and grow.
He also said he will ensure all teachers are paid equally and all to get incentives like having free education for their children from primary to university to do their work thoroughly without interruptions.
He also promised good pay for health workers .
He also said his government plans to fund all small businesses so as to help them grow.
Nandala is also set to pay all war claims in both north and West Nile regions as per the court ruling.
He is also set to allow the fishing community that was sent off the water bodies in Uganda back to their business because it's where they can earn a better living.
Nandala also said his government will pay the elderly if 65years 60,000 shillings every month until they die.
He also requested ugandans to vote him into power so as to have a new beginning, Nandala said that what president museveni has not done in the last forty years, he cannot do in five years.
Nandala spent most of the day combing the vast areas of Apac district in the Lango region.

The FDC presidential flag bearer Nathan Nandala Mafabi has said that the health sector in Uganda needs a full reset so as to benefit Ugandans.
He said this while addressing supporters at Paidah Town council in Zombo district yesterday.
Nandala said that currently the health sector in Uganda is so rotten to the extent that citizens can't access medication in government health facilities but have to be directed to buy medicine from pharmacies.
Nandala said his government will ensure citizens get medicine in all health facilities if elected president of Uganda.
He also said his government plans to upgrade all health center fours to district hospitals and all district hospitals to referrals then the current referral hospitals be made National referrals to help improve medical services in the country.
Nandala also said he will stop medical tourism in uganda if elected president,
He said if the current government had improved health standards in Uganda there would be no need to treat its Ministers and members of parliament from abroad.
He said such expenses will be avoided and money will be used to fix the economy and improve the life of Ugandans once elected President.

Nathan Nandala Mafabi the FDC presidential flag bearer has promised to pay the elderly people of sixty five years of age 65,000/= per month if elected the president of Uganda.
He said this while addressing supporters at Rigbo Town council in Madi-Okolo district this afternoon.
Nandala said by 65years one has already done enough towards the development of the country and it's good for the state to appreciate them.
He also said the amount given to the elderly current under the SAGE program as up keep is too little.
The Social Assistance Grant for Empowerment (SAGE) is a social Protection Programme implemented by the Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development
The Beneficiaries are entitled to 25,000/= monthly.
Nandala said his government is set to revise the amount to 65000/=,
He also said his government will reduce the age of beneficiaries from 80 years to 65years of age.
He also said there are very few ugandans who make it up to 80 years.
Nandala also promised to create more jobs for the youths to cab unemployed.

Nathan Nandala Mafabi the FDC presidential flag bearer has promised to fight corruption if voted president of Uganda.
He said this while addressing supporters at obongi Town council in Obongi district this afternoon.
Nandala said the poor service delivery that most areas of Uganda suffer is due to corruption.
He said that most government employees survive on corruption and hence get richer as the locals continue suffering.
Nandala said that this stinking vice costs the government of Uganda up to Ten Trillion shillings every financial year money which should be used to cause development in the Nation to better people's lives.
Nandala said his FDC government will shut all sources of corruption through conviction of the corrupt officers and ensure proper accountability for government resources.
He also promised proper pay for government workers to help in the fight against corruption saying most government workers are under paid and that's why they resort to corruption for survival.

Nathan Nandala Mafabi has promised to set up cassava and orange processing factories in soroti district to help farmers benefit from their hard labor.
Nandala said this while addressing supporters at Atumukiliok trading center in Gweri subcounty soroti district.
As farmers in soroti district struggle to find a market for their oranges,most of their produce is rotting in their gardens.
Nandala said farmers don't have to suffer losses in the presence of good governance.
He also said he will ensure that the fruit factory that was set up in soroti benefits the locals by buying fruits from them, he said it's not right for the government to continue importing oranges from Kenya yet its own farmers have rotting produce.
At the moment farmers in soroti are selling oranges at only 2000/= a basin.
Nandala also said Teso region is one of the biggest producers of cassava in uganda and there's a need to set up a starch factory to help farmers gain from their produce.
Nandala said as per now a kilo of starch costs up to 1.5m and yet farmers get less than a thousand shillings from a kilo of cassava which must stop.

Nathan Nandala Mafabi the FDC presidential flag bearer has distanced himself from rumors being spread by the speaker of parliament Rt.Anita Among the Woman member of Parliament for Bukedea district that he has endorsed Museveni for president of Uganda.
Nandala said this while addressing his supporters in soroti city yesterday evening.
Nandala who got bitter at the speakers comments said that it is malice and cannot do such a thing.
Nandala asked the people of soroti city to vote for him saying what the Candidate museveni of NRM and speaker Among have done is just a division of his supporters because they have failed to mobilize support for their party.
Nandala said all the Nrm does best is to ferry people to amass crowds because for forty years they have failed the Nation and caused a lot of poverty.
Recently when the speaker of parliament Among was in sironko he said Nandala had told her to tell the people of sironko to vote for Museveni which Nandala has dismissed as malice to the FDC.
Nandala also refuted Candidate Museveni's Comments that he sold him BCU land in Doko saying the land was sold off before him becoming chairman of the Union.
In a related development Nandala has told the people of soroti city that it's ironic for candidate Museveni to talk about BCU in Teso region yet it's his government that killed their own Teso Cooperative union which has caused a lot of poverty in Teso
region because they No longer grow cotton that helps them fight poverty.
Nandala also said it's the same Candidate museveni that advised people of Bugisu to cut down coffee and plant avocado and vanilla but they refused and hence now enjoying better prices of coffee which now goes for up to 18000/=.
Nandala also told the people of Teso that Candidate Museveni's promise of five cows per household in the region is unachievable since he has traded lies to them for forty years without compensation for their lost wealth.
He asked them to be wise and know that's a campaign trick to get votes and after they will continue suffering in poverty as a few people the likes of speaker Among benefit from the regime.
Nandala also wondered as to why a full city like soroti has no stadium and yet the speaker of parliament has a personal stadium in Bukedea district.
Nandala also promised to revamp all lost Unions in uganda in a bid to fix the economy and put money in people's pockets.

Nandala Mafabi, an economist and seasoned politician, promised to implement favorable economic policies to stabilize the country's finances if elected president.

Nandala Mafabi dismissed President Museveni's claims that he is unfit to lead the country due to his alleged role in acquiring debts for the Bugisu Cooperative Union (BCU).

Nathan Nandala Mafabi the FDC presidential flag bearer in the fourth coming elections has called upon the people of the Teso region to vote for FDC so as to have their region developed.
He said this while addressing supporters at Okokoriyo landing site in Katakwi district.

Nandala said people of Teso should pay deaf ears to speaker among who is confusing the people of Teso to vote museveni because she is the only one who has amassed gains to protect while the poor people of Teso have nothing to protect for the past forty years but instead lost their cattle during the insurgency that took place in Teso and Lango region.

He also promised to compensate the people of the Teso region for their cattle that they lost handsomely because they deserve better.

Nandala promised the people of Teso 100millions per village and revamped cotton growing the region.

He also said the Teso region now has no cash crop like long ago since cotton is no longer grown and this has made people very poor.

He also promised to restore the Teso cooperative union to help in marketing their cotton.

Nandala also said Museveni told the people of Bugisu to cut down coffee and plant avocado and vanilla but the wise ones refused and this has made coffee to survive until today.

*FDC's Nandala Hits Back at Museveni Over Land Allegations*

Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate Nathan Nandala Mafabi has dared President Yoweri Museveni to provide evidence supporting allegations that he sold Bugisu Cooperative Union (BCU) land to the president.

Museveni reportedly claimed in Teso that Nandala Mafabi was incapable of leading the country due to his alleged role in selling BCU land over huge debts.

But, Nandala Mafabi has rejected the allegations, saying Museveni should produce evidence to back up his claims.

According to Nandala, if Museveni is a man, he should say the same thing when he gets to campaign in Bugisu and bring evidence of the alleged sale,.

According to Nandala Mafabi, he took over the leadership of BCU in May 2008, and the land in question was allegedly sold off by the previous leadership, led by John Wamulugwa, in connivance with NRM government officials.

Nandala Mafabi accused Museveni of protecting Wamulugwa instead of letting the BCU owners deal with him.

Nandala Mafabi warned that Museveni will face consequences for his allegations when he campaigns in Bugisu, adding that he will respond to him in the same currency as his allegations.
