phil Foden and Cole Palmer winning individual awards has awaken an urge in me to go and research about English Football Awards.

There are several English Football awards (men football)

1.PFA young player of the year ( PFA YPOTY)
is an annual award given to the players aged 21 or under as of 1 July immediately preceding the start of the season. Voting is by professional Football Association member alone . Awarding is same with the PFA POTY

2 .PFA Players Player of the Year ( PFA POTY) is an
Each member of the association ( Professional Footballers association) votes for two players .A shortlist of nominees is published in April and the winner of the award, along with the winners of the PFA's other annual awards, is announced at a gala event in London..

3.Premier league player of the Year ( EA POTY)
The recipient is chosen by a panel assembled by the league's sponsors consisting of members of "football's governing bodies, the media and fans", and is announced in the second or third week of May.

4.Young Premier league player of the year ( EA POTY). Chosing winners is similar to that of EA POTY

5.Football Writers Association player of the year ( FWA POTY)
is an annual award. The winner is selected by a vote amongst the members of the Football Writers' Association (FWA).

6 PFA fans Player of the Year ( PFA FPOTY)The shortlist is compiled by the members of the Professional Footballers' Association (the PFA), and then the winner is voted for by the fans of the league.

2. PFA PPOTY - Erling Haaland.. Not yet awarded for the current season
3.EA POTY - Erlling Haaland - awarded to Phil Foden

5 .FWA POTY - Erling Haaldn - currently held by Phil Foden
6.PFA FPOTY- Marcus Rashford - not yet awarded
