CLIENT – How much will it cost to do this job?
CONTRACTOR - 1.5million
CLIENT – That’s too expensive for this job!
CONTRACTOR – How much do you think it should cost?
CLIENT – 800k max! It’s a simple job!
CONTRACTOR – I can’t do the job for so little.
CLIENT – People in your line of work wants to make a huge profit!
CONTRACTOR – I’m sorry you feel this way. Why don’t you do the job?
CLIENT – But, but, I don’t know how to do any of that.
CONTRACTOR – For 300k, I can teach you everything you need to know to do the job. You can then use 800k to do the job, and you’re still saving 400k . Also, you will obtain all the knowledge and the experience for the next time you need to do this job.
CLIENT – Deal!
CONTRACTOR – Great! To start, you need to buy tools. You will need a chipping hammer, a nail gun, a laser, a drill, a mixer machine, Grinder, PPE, and some other things.
CLIENT – But, I don’t have any of those tools and I can’t buy all that for just one job!
CONTRACTOR – Ok. I can rent you my tools for another 150k. You’re still saving 250k.
CLIENT – That’s cutting my savings, but I will rent your tools.
CONTRACTOR – Perfect! I’ll be back Saturday and we can start.
CLIENT – Wait! I can’t Saturday. I only have time today.
CONTRACTOR – I’m sorry, I only teach others on Saturdays. I have to prioritize my time and my tools needs to be in other jobs I have during the week.
CLIENT – Ok then. I will sacrifice my family’s plans on Saturday.
CONTRACTOR – Right, me too! Oh, I forgot. If you’re going to do the job yourself, you need to buy the materials. There’s a high demand nowadays, so your best bet is to get a truck and be at the hardware store by 6am before other contractors get there.
CLIENT – AT SIX IN THE MORNING? On Saturday? That’s too early for me. I don’t even have a truck!
CONTRACTOR – I guess you’ll have to rent one. By the way, do you have some helpers to help you load the truck?
CLIENT – You know what? I’ve been thinking. Probably it's better for you to do the job. It’s better to pay you to do the job right and not having to go through all that hassle.
CONTRACTOR – Good thinking. Sign here and let me get to work.

• Excellent education. The overriding goal of homeschooling is to educate people who cant access schools for education . In this, homeschool excels. Because of the many advantages offered by homeschooling, there is simply no better way to educate a child/ elder. That homeschooling is a great way to educate a child can be shown in several ways. First, consider the items in this list. Many of these benefits are easy to understand and the positive impact they have on children are obvious. Second, homeschooled children perform better on standardized tests. For example, in a recent comparison of SAT scores, homeschooled children averaged 568 on the verbal test and 525 on the math; the national average was 506 on verbal and 514 on math. While those differences might not seem significant for individuals, as differences in averages for populations of students, they are very significant. Third, homeschoolers are becoming sought-after for higher education. Many colleges and universities have begun to modify their admission practices to not only allow for, but to encourage, homeschoolers to apply for admission.
• Dedicated teachers with a great teacher-to-student ratio. One factor that is known to be extremely important to educating a child effectively is the teacher-to-student ratio-that is, the number of students for which a teacher is responsible. Other factors include the degree of connection present between teacher and student and the amount of dedication a teacher has to a specific child. Homeschooling excels in both these areas. Who can be more dedicated to helping a child learn successfully than that child's parent? Parents love their children and dedicate their lives to helping their children successfully grow to maturity. So, no one is more dedicated to a child than the parent. And, homeschooling is done largely on a one-on-one basis; there can't be a better teacher-to-student ratio than that. In these two areas, which are both critical to a child's education, homeschooling is simply the best scenario.

If a child excels in a specific area, his education in that area can be accelerated. If a child struggles in a particular area, additional resources can be brought to bear to help. Well we all hear everyday everywhere, on the streets, songs of women emancipation are voiced with much melody.
But my main concern is, women empowerment and equality of rights is actually more fictional than real.
The biggest threat to the idea is, while curious men are so determined to empower women to superiority, many women out there are actually busy attaching themselves to men of power and influence. Very few, I say it again, very few women, are working upon empowering themselves.
There's a heavy dark cloud of illness, with thickness surrounding the minds of most women and makes them believe that the best way to empower themselves is getting involved with already successful men, Who on the other hand are looking for "pretty females" to use for self satisfaction.
That not the main point, huge numbers of our sisters, and female friends out there, have a thought that prettiness is the rent they pay to live in this competitive world. Wrong, that is absolutely wrong, it's that kind of believe that has made many females attach most of their dreams into becoming Kim Kardashians rather than working to be Oprah Winfreys
The day every woman will realize that feminism will be factual only if they work upon empowering themselves, that's when most of our mentally chained sisters will walk with freedom and independence.
The only kind of woman who is respectful, is one who wakes up, makes up, and goes out to grind up.
Not one who wakes up to "slay" and bothers her man to "man up" yet she shows no enthusiasm to woman up herself.
Some think I write this to attack, I do it the other way though, to communicate to the female masses on the truth.
It will be more meaningful to sing the song of feminism with women's tireless actions to empower themselves.

KITCHEN TIPS FOR EVERY WOMEN!!!!!!!!!!!

1. If you happen to over-salt a pot of soup, just
drop in a peeled potato. The potato will absorb
the excess salt.
2. When boiling eggs, add a pinch of salt to keep
the shells from cracking.
3. Never put citrus fruits(Oranges,Lemons, limes,
etc) or tomatoes in the fridge. The low
temperatures degrade the aroma and flavor of
these fruits.(That's why our tomatoes don't last
in the fridge)
4. To clean iron cookl-ware, don’t use detergents.
Just scrub them with salt and a clean, dry paper
towel.
5. When storing empty airtight containers, throw
in a pinch of salt to keep them from getting
stinky.
6. If you are making gravy(stew) and accidentally
burn it, just pour it into a clean pan and continue
cooking it. Add sugar a little at a time, tasting as
you go to avoid 'over-sugaring'it. The sugar will
cancel out the burned taste.
7. Burned a pot of rice? Just place a piece of
white bread on top of the rice for 5-10 minutes to
draw out the burned flavour. Be careful not to
scrape the burned pieces off of the bottom of the
pan when serving the rice.
8. Before you chop fresh red peppers, rub a little
vegetable oil into your hands and your skin won’t
absorb the spiciness.
9. If you aren’t sure how fresh your eggs are,
place them in about four inches of water. Eggs
that stay on the bottom are fresh. If only one end
tips up, the egg is less fresh and should be used
soon. If it floats, it’s past the fresh stage.
10. To banish ants from the kitchen, find out
where they are coming in and cover the hole with
petroleum jelly(Vaseline). Ants won’t trek through
the jelly. If they are coming under a door, draw a
line on the floor with chalk. The little bugs also
won’t cross a line of chalk.
11. Don’t store your bananas in a bunch or in a
fruit bowl with other fruits. Separate your
bananas and place each in a different location.
Bananas release gases which cause fruits
(including other bananas) to ripen quickly.
Separating them will keep them fresh longer.
12. To keep potatoes from budding in the bag,
put an apple in with them.
13. If you manage to have some leftover wine,
cocktail drinks at the end of the evening, freeze it
in ice cube trays for easy addition to sauces
(white wine works wonders in sauces, i don't joke
with them) in the future.
14. After boiling pasta or potatoes, cool the water
and use it to water your house plants. The water
contains nutrients that your plants will love.
15. When defrosting meat from the freezer, pour
some vinegar over it. Not only does it tenderize
the meat; it will also bring down the freezing
temperature of the meat and cause it to thaw
quicker. # Noteevery woman should have vinegar
in her kitchen.
16. Do you cry while peeling off onions, then try
this. After peeling off your onions, refrigerate the
onions for atleast 5minutes, then dice it. You will
be glad you did.
17. For aluminium pans that are looking dull, just
boil some apple peels in them. This will brighten
up the aluminum and make your house smell
yummy.
18. If your salt is becoming lumpy, put a few
grains of rice in with it to absorb excess
moisture.
19. Always keep an aloe vera plant in your
kitchen. It’s invaluable when you scrape your arm
or burn your finger. Just break off a leaf and rub
the gel from the inside on the injury.
20. When making a soup, sauce, that ends up too
fatty or greasy, drop in an ice cube. The ice will
attract the fat, which you can then scoop out.

21. To reuse cooking oil without tasting whatever
was cooked in the oil previously, cook a 1/4″
piece of ginger in the oil. It will remove any
remaining flavors and odors.
22. If your milk always goes bad before you can
finish it, try adding a pinch of salt to the carton
when you first open it. It will stay fresh days
longer.
23. If two drinking glasses become stuck together
after stacking, it’s not impossible to unstick
them. Just put ice in the inner glass and dunk the
outer glass in warm water. The warm glass will
expand and the cold glass will contract, making
the glasses separate easily.
24. For splinters under the fingernail, soaking the
affected finger in a bowl of milk with a piece of
bread in it, it will help .

Sugar and salt may be mixed together but ants
reject the salt and carry away only the sugar.
Select the
right people in life and make your life better and
sweeter. If you failed to achieve your dreams,
change your ways not your Creator.
Remember, trees change their leaves, not their
roots. .
You will never reach your destination if you stop
and throw stones at every dog that barks.
Haters will see you walking on water and say it's
because you can't swim.
Even if you dance on water, Your enemies will
accuse you of raising dust.
Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind
your own business and to work with your own
hands
Remember Don’t ever wrestle with a pig. You’ll
both get dirty, but the pig will enjoy it.

most of our high school students sleep as late as 1am but schools start their classes as early as 7am. In Australia, schools operate from 9am to 3pm only. Other schools are open from Monday to Thursday to allow students to work or enjoy leisure activities from Friday to Sunday. In Finland, school day starts between 8 and 9am and finishes between 1 and 2pm. Students in these countries learn more with with less contact hours.

A woman called the police station one evening and said, "My husband has gone out with his girlfriend and right now am going after them. I have a gun and when I find them, I will kill both them right away". The police asked, "Where exactly have they gone?".
Woman :They went to watch a certain Comedian show.
The police rushed quickly and went to the place and make sure they arrived earlier than the woman. When they reached the place, they took the mic from the Comedian and start announcing, "If there is a married man here and has come with a girlfriend,you must leave immediately. Your wife is coming right now with a gun to shoot both of you dead"
Before you say jack Robinson see run, both the organizer and the DJ ran out immediately,the whole place became erupted with shout and noise from nowhere.
The police were surprised that as small as the door was everyone was running out and the show ended.
Alas all the men was with their girlfriend.
Even the Comedian himself ran out from the place!!.😂😂😂
