Former kampala Deputy Mayor Sulaiman Kidandala has been sentenced to prison by Korean judges, according to sources from the Korean city of Seoul ,Kidandala was imprisoned after he was found guilty of breaking the immigration laws of South Korean republic.
It all started when Kidandala trafficked over 10 ugandans into Korea on fake paper after promising to find them jobs in Korean cities.
Its said that Immigration authorities arrested ugandans who were traveling on fake paper work at the airport and when they were quized its when Kidandala's name came up, by that time he was in Dubai, he was later tricked by korean authorities to fly to Seoul so that he can meet with the job recruiters not knowing it was a trick to arrest him.
Sources say on reaching Seoul, Kidandala was arrested and detained at Seoul Detention prison as he waited for court appearance, it has now been revealed that on Monday Kidandala was found guilty and was sentenced to 6 years in prison, and will not be allowed to have asmart phone inside after he broke the rules while in detention.
He will be returning to Kampala in 2030
