In 2017, he appeared in the case of Dr. Agrey Kiyingi under the name John Hunter, hired by the regime to fabricate lies. Now, in 2026, he has resurfaced as Andrew Wilson Oralando in the case of Dr. Kiiza Besigye once again paid billions of taxpayers’ money to manufacture false allegations.

When pressed in court to produce exhibits to support his claims that Dr. Besigye was plotting to kill Mr. Museveni and overthrow the government, he presented a phone, a charger, a power bank, a pen, a watch and AI generated videos. Laughable 😁.

Crucially, this man never travelled to Uganda to serve as a state witness because he has been living in Uganda since the time of the Kiyingi case. With the money he received from the regime then, he bought a house in Munyonyo. He even married an Ugandan woman from Mpigi and was introduced to her parents under yet another identity Keith Scotts.
