Reasons why your business isn’t growing

Review Your Finances Every Month by answering this question.

• How much did we sell?

• How much did we spend?

• How much stock remains?

• How much do customers owe us?

• How much do we owe suppliers?

• How much did I personally withdraw?

• What was the approximate profit?

• Did expenses increase?

• Is cash flow healthy?

• What needs to change next month?
This monthly review can reveal problems before they become serious.

For example, you might discover that sales are increasing but profits are falling because your costs have increased.

Without reviewing your numbers, you may continue working harder while actually making less money.

How to Choose the Right Business Idea

Choosing the right business starts with knowing yourself. Identify your skills, experience, and interests, then find a problem you can solve for people.

Ask yourself:

* What am I good at?
* What do people ask me for help with?
* What problems can I solve?
* What skills or knowledge can people pay for?

The best business ideas come from combining:

Your Skills + Your Passion + Market Demand = A Profitable Business

Don’t start a business just because it is trending. Choose one that matches your strengths, solves a real problem, and has the potential to grow.

Once You Start A Business, Avoid These 8
people

Most businesses don't die because of competition.
They die because the owner allowed the wrong people too close to the business.

Read this carefully before your kindness becomes a business expense.

1️⃣. The “ I'll Pay Later” Professors

These people hold PhDs in tomorrow.
Tomorrow never comes.
They don't see your business.
They see an ATM with feelings.
Every day is please can you give me this I will pay tomorrow?
And somehow they always remember your number when their wallet develops asthma.
At this point even their promises need promises.
They will drain your business faster than thieves.
Keep funding them and watch your cash flow attend its own funeral.

2️⃣. The Idlers

They visit every day.
Laugh every day.
Sit every day.
Buy nothing.
Support nothing.
Promote nothing except laughter.
Your business has become their free entertainment center.
They're not helping you grow.
They're helping your electricity bill grow.

3️⃣. The FBI

"Where do you buy from?"
"How much profit do you make?"
"How many customers do you get daily?"
"How much did you use to start?"
"Which supplier?"
"Where is the supplier located?"
At this point you're not talking to a customer.
You're talking to a detective building a case file.
Some people aren't interested in buying.
They're trying to download your entire business model for free.
Three months later they launch the same thing and call themselves self-made entrepreneurs.
Protect information the same way you protect money.
Never underestimate a student who secretly wants your seat.
Some people are not customers.
They're conducting research.

4️⃣. The Fake Mentors
Never owned a business.
Never sold anything.
Never handled customers.
Yet they have 48 business recommendations every week.
If advice was money, they'd all be billionaires.
Be careful taking business lessons from spectators.

5️⃣. The Fake Motivators
"Keep pushing bro."
"Your time is coming."
"Big things loading."
Wonderful.
Now ask them to buy something.
Silence.
Some people support your business the same way spectators support football teams.
Loudly and for free.

6️⃣. The Negative Prophets

Everything won't work.
Every idea is risky.
Every plan is dangerous.
Every opportunity is suspicious.
If Noah listened to these people, he'd still be explaining the rain.

7️⃣. The Chronic Complainers

Nothing satisfies them.
Not your prices.
Not your products.
Not your service.
If you gave them gold bars, they'd complain about the weight.
Their hobby is dissatisfaction.

8️⃣. The Discount Terrorists
Every price gives them chest pain.
Every quote feels expensive.
Every product should apparently be free.
If you reduce the price by 50%, they'll ask for another 20%.
These people don't want discounts.
They want adoption.

Dear Reader
Business is already difficult.
The economy is challenging.
Competition is real.
Expenses never sleep.
The Government need taxes.
Protect your stock.
Protect your information.
Protect your time.
Because sometimes the biggest threat to a business is not competition, it is the people smiling closest to it.
Be careful.
