New Tanzania media rules
"A foreign national is also not allowed to enter into a working or business-related relationship with a local broadcaster unless he or she is accompanied by a representative from either the government or Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority."
"It should be understood that the main issue here is broadcast stations and not journalists as individuals," according to Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority.
