The hearing of Joel Senyonyi’s case against journalist Dean Lubowa has been set, On 5th of November in the Registra’s chamber, civil division high court at exactly 10:00 am, two journalists Senyonyi & Saava shall face each other in court one accusing the other of defamation . Saava has repeatedly been uttering false statements that Senyonyi in his capacity as chairman
Public Accounts Committee of parliament (COSASE) took a bribe ammounting to 1.7billion from Uganda Airlines which was then under COSASE scrutiny to falsefy fact findings. He has never educed evidence to support his allegation which prompted Senyonyi to drag him to court.
