Does social media intimidate you?
It used to intimidate me a few years ago.
and I would delete posts or comments.
But let me tell you one secret about the right signals that matter if you are a business owner using social media to attract, grow and scale
I didnāt learn this in school
In my six years of hard knocks on social media is where Iāve learnt these lessons
ā„ļøIf I am in a sales season- I look for; real conversions,maybe impressions to see how many people actually saw a particular post
Questions like;( When is the class?, Can I book for someone, can I pay in instalments matter.. Etc)
ā„ļøIf I am in a season where growth matters more-
I will incorporate a growth strategy. This includes, searching for people to follow if they fall in my 70, 20, 10 - I will share a post where I mentioned these categories
Keeping an eye on who they are following
Creating content that is repostable or shareable- This is Linkedin, Instagram languange, donāt check your dictionary
ā„ļøIf itās a phase where engagement matters-
The content will be mainly fun, more questions, engagement on other peopleās posts to build rapport and real relationships.
ā„ļøIf itās a phase to get to know my audience and who(demographics and psychographics) is following
I will ask more questions, create polls, Reach out in the DM etc
ā„ļøAnd now that I am getting closer to brand deals standards š
Man, itās a whole strategic process. Not just pointing out metrics that do not matter in a particular season.

I wanted to keep this for the next day but I ended up posting it today to help a business owner.
Iāve learnt that the best posts are ones with a clear goal. You may not realize this by he way.
But for you to get results from social media, purpose to show up meaningfully
Choose one goal for the day
For example;
1. Brand awareness
2. Sell an offer
3. Build trust
4 Add to email list

I created a post on LinkedIn that pushed my impressions( the eyes that see my posts) to 10000.
As I was analyzing what could have sparked the engagement, this is what I noticed.
1.People love to engage with relatable posts. If they can see themselves in your story they definitely interact.
2. Writing as you speak.
3. Using a clear headline. Donāt beat around the bush to try and hook the readers.
But remember social media is not a one size fits all, however attraction is always inspired by similar principles.

Wrote down email addresses of ideal clients.

3 Strategies to help you get social proof amd testimonies if you are starting your service based business on social media.
You have a great idea, you know the problem you want to solve and who has the problem.
But you barely get any leads
Here is one thing I have learnt about social media.
People trust you before they choose to buy into what you are selling.
If they trust you, they will trust you with their money.
And social proof is one way that will help you build trust all the way to peopleās wallets
Here are some of the recommendations to get you started!
1. Do some free tasks for your ideal client.
Build rapport to a point that you can reach out in your ideal clientās dm and
propose to help them with a particular task in your area of interest at no cost in exchange for a testimonial when they achieve positive results.
2. Show some behind the scenes as you create.
For example: when you are sending that pitch, when you are handling that first call for a lead.
Talk about the challenges and positives.
3. Build the right audience that you want to attract for the content you share
Without at least 50% of the people who see your content being ideal clients, selling will be hard.
