The teams are out Arsenal lining up in a 4-2-3-1 formation . Partey at right back, Julian Timber at left back, white and Gabriel in a make shift defence.
Merino and Rice in the double pivot, Saka and Martinelli occupying the flanks with Trossard in the number 10 and Kai as a false 9.
Liverpool also come out with a similar formation.
Kelleher in goal , trent, ibou, van Dirk and Robertson are the back four, Gravenbervh and Marca at the double pivot, Jones at 10,salah and Diaz on the flanks with Nunez at the top.
1- partey will be very suspect at the back because of his pace against a pacy Diaz
2- There will be match fitness questions for both Saka and Timber who have been out for some time.
3-liverpool has a very energetic midfield and fast with the three of them rotating in different places. Their 3 midfielders can all play 6,8 and 10.
They are quick in transit.
It's going to be a real test for Merina in the premier league.
Timber and salad will be such an interesting battle.
Darwin Nunez will start in place of injured Jota and he gives Liverpool that gangly presence for Liverpool in the 18 yard box.
Liverpool have one of the best Numbr 2 Gk in the world and has always proved his worthy he is not playing for the very first time in a game of such magnitude. Liverpool will need him to be at his best.
4 - With the presence of Saka in the Gunners threat it gives arsenal a more attack threat and he is a nightmare for every defender. He will truly be handy going forward but might be needed to do alot of defensive work to help out on partey.
5- Martinelli has always Tormented Trent and will wish such to continue.
6-Trossard has always loved playing against Liverpool, he once scored a hatrick against them.
7- The centre backs of Liverpool have struck a very good understanding and compliment each other very well. Ibou does the dirty work and VVD cleans tha chaffs. They are both imposing in either box.
Liverpool highly plays up the pitch the leave less spaces between them and the keeper like it was in klopp days. One of the reasons they are not conceding many goals.
They still have better full backs than arsenal has on the day. They are nolonger flying at the same time, when one goes one stays.
8- You can't forget Gabriel's threat in the opponets box when arsenal gets set pieces. Him and Rice will kill you if not well attended to.
For today's fixture on paper arsenal are the underdogs but if they lose today they will be 7 points behind City and Liverpool.

As expected Odegaard misses out along side Declan Rice in the Arsenal premier lge starting line for the first time in almost a year.
Like wise Bissouma misses out for spurs with a calf injury.
Odegaard and Rice are the most important players for arsenal ,they make the rest of the other players look so good.
Liverpool and City have mastered the tricky of playing and conjuring results without their star players. Today arsenal's squad depth and quality is going to be put to test. Partey and Jorginho replace them and also Trossard starts in a 3cman midfield. Am a little afraid partey and joginho are kind of slow they might be caught in possession or might give away alot of free kicks as a result of being late.
Spurs are also suspect in that area there is only one Bissouma I'm their team no replica. They are lined up with 2 blockers Bentacour and Maddison. Madison will be playing out of position. There midfield will use the ball better than Arsenal's, problem will be when they don't have it . Dominick Solanke starts up front with a support cast of 3cplayers Son, Johnstone and kulusevski. Any of them can hurt you at any one time.
Spurs lost their last game with Newcastle before the international break and Arsenal drew with Brighton.
There has been only 9 draw in 101 total games played at the new Tottenham stadium.
Expect this to be end to end and Goals Guaranteed, with Spurs slightly having the edge over Arsenal.

AFCON 2024 Qualifiers

The cranes open their AFCON 2025 Qualifying campaign away to Bafana Bafana(South Africa) tonight . They are in a group with Congo Brazzavile and south Sudan, congo beat Sudan 1-0 yesterday to go top of the table.
This game brings back the memories of 2005 world cup qualifiers between uganda and South Africa.
In the build up to the game coach Mohamood Abbas would always remind his players how South Africa was dangerous all over. They had Quinton Fortune in the Squad ,Benni Mccarthy, Makoena and Zuma.
Abbas highlighted one player Zuma as the most dangerous and they don't know how to stop him. Wherever he found Nestroy Kizito in camp, he would tell him ""my friend Zuma, f go and rest you in trouble , I don't know Zuma" That is how Kizito Nestroy Kizito gets the Zuma Nickname.
Uganda lost 1-0 at Nambole and 2-1 in South Africa.
That Game opened doors fir David Obua, Dan obote, Timothy Batabaire and Posnet Omwony they all ended up in the South African League.
Like it was in 2005 the Bafana Bafana are slight favourites for this one ,paul put and his men are all in Transition they are learning about each other.
The cranes this time have 2 players in their fold who ply their trade in South africa. Unfortunately they are both keepers , one is new lukwago Charles and Watenga who has spent over 3 seasons down their.

Bafana are without keeper Rowen and Percy Tau.
Rowen is injured , Tau was not summoned, The mantle to cause mayhem to the cranes is handed to Kyle and Tebho Mokwena. Mokwena is a midfield Picasso and one of the hottest on the continent . The mamelodi sundown man should not be allowed to boss the midfield. They also have a flying right full back , he has dangerous surging runs forward. The cranes left side should be on a stand still.
With all due respect the Bafana bafana have players who are technically and tactically better than the cranes young developing players.
The cranes should be disciplined and work hard if they are to get a result. We normally tend to underestimate the South Africans and players should be cautioned.

We regret to inform the public that Joshua Cheptegei and Jacob Kiplimo have withdrawn from tomorrow’s 5,000m semi-finals due to recovery from the demanding 10,000m race. Their bodies need more time to recover. Consequently, Oscar Chelimo will represent us alone.
