Police in Mbarara district have arrested a 27-year-old man, Justus Ainembabazi, who had been disguising as a woman for two years. Ainembabazi, working as a barmaid in Kagongi sub-county, was exposed after local leaders reported complaints from residents about his suspicious behavior. According to SP Esther Kayema, the DPC of Mbarara, Ainembabazi, a resident of Rwampara district, used the alias Keitesi Nyakato to deceive men.

Ibrahim Kibuuka Bbossa, who had been serving as the spokesperson for the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), officially resigned last month to rejoin the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC).
