TO THE GOVERNMENT OF UGANDA
We are deeply concerned and disappointed by the lack of justice in the case involving Alien Skin and Pallaso. Despite overwhelming evidence, including CCTV camera footage and a filed case, Pallaso remains at large and unpunished.
The attack on Alien Skin was brutal and senseless, involving pangas, knives, stones, and petroleum fuel, which was used to burn his car. This kind of violence has no place in our society, and it's shocking that the perpetrator has not been brought to justice.
We urge the government to take immediate action to address this injustice. The police must be held accountable for their failure to investigate and prosecute this case effectively. We demand that Pallaso be brought to justice and held accountable for his actions.
It's disturbing to think that some individuals are above the law and can commit crimes with impunity. This undermines the rule of law and the trust that citizens have in the justice system.
We call upon the government to ensure that the police uphold the law and protect all citizens equally. Section 286(2) of the Penal Code Act (PCA) is clear on the punishment for such crimes, and we demand that it be applied in this case.
Justice must be served, and we will not rest until Alien Skin receives the justice he deserves. We urge all Ugandans to join us in demanding justice and an end to impunity. Uganda Police Force
Sincerely,
Kyotera media
