How can a public school with 10 acres of idle land come out and cry to the government that they have failed to feed 300 kids 😂...2 acres of beans, 3 acres of maize and 1 acre of greens, 1 acre of fruits and all the food needs are solved. why can't these public schools be empowered to grow crops..u find a school without even 10 chickens, no cow, no pigs, no nothing ..this laziness is ridiculous?!!!

The inactive and incompetent city mayors and town clerks.!! gone are days when a Mayor and Townclerk used to be vibrant, vocal and active these days they are quiet and seem to be ceremonial. Ever since the central government took up the initiative of construction of city roads and markets Mayors became so dormant. They hardly do repairs or maintain government projects. Are mayors not answerable to anyone? ..who supervises these guys?!

These are the top 10 projects going to happen in Uganda in the Next 2 years.

1.Tilenga Development Project and King Fisher Project: These will facilitate the Production and exportation of the first batch of oil in Uganda.
2. Construction of Kidepo international Airport.
3. Graduate Start-Up Fund.The goal is to provide access to capital for unemployed graduates to become self-employed and start businesses.
4. The Super Kampala-Jinja Expressway.A new toll road project to alleviate congestion between Kampala and Jinja.
5. The Busega- Mpigi Expressway.
6. Koboko-Yumbe-Moyo Road: A 103.08km road upgrade project.
7.Gulu Logistics Hub: A multimodal logistics hub to be developed in Northern Uganda.
8.South Sudan-Uganda Power Transmission Network: A project to build a 299km transmission line between the two countries, with funding from the African Development Bank.
9.High-speed standard gauge railway: A key project to develop a high-speed railway network across the country.
10.Entebbe Iconic ICT Park: Construction of an ICT park spanning about 17 acres to host multi-national IT companies and foster the growth of the ICT sector

These are 4 things we need to do as a country to reduce Kampala traffic Jam.
1.We badly need the Kampala Flyover project Phase II. This will reduce the congestion at Jinja road Junction.
2. We need to revamp the other Routes of the meter gauge Railway and make it more Efficient.
3. We need to demolish Katwe, Kisenyi, kibuye and Banda(opposite Kyambogo) slums and replace them with affordable high rise apartments(15 floors) in order to reduce the number of people traveling all the way to Nansana,Mukono, Namugongo causing jam along the way just to go to sleep.
4. It's high time we introduce the BRT system and massively replace those Boda bodas with Taxi cubs.
Lastly, after doing all the above we can abolish all boda bodas from the city.

• Moroto-Lokitanyala (42 km)
• Muyembe-Nakapiripirit (92 km)

National roads under procurement of a constructors
• Kaabong-Kapedo-Karenga (67 km)
• Kotido-Kaabong (64 km)
• Moroto-Kotido (100 km)
• Kitgum-Orom-Karenga (116 km)
• Tarmacing 15 km of roads in Kotido Municipality

• Moroto-Tochi-Atiang-Opit-Awo (94 km) is under design
