Our trainer Jimmy Alemiga emphasised that public accountability and transparency are foundational principles of effective governance and organizational integrity.These principles ensure that public institutions, government agencies, and private organizations operate in ways that are open, responsible, and responsive to the needs of the people they serve.

At the Climate Change Fighters Radio Drama Fellowship, we understand the power of radio drama and compelling storytelling that informs and educates.

This enables smallholder farmers to make informed decisions to make a purchase on any climate smart agricultural inputs.

Stories create emotional connections. Radio drama builds empathy. Together, they transform climate smart agriculture information from distant concepts into personal, actionable knowledge that communities can embrace and act upon.

Under the Climate Change Fighters Radio Drama Fellowship Program, we're empowering local journalists and content creators with hands-on skills to create compelling radio dramas about climate smart practices within different parts of the Northern Uganda. 🇺🇬

We are inspiring them to tell their own climate stories and inspire action among smallholder farmers in the region.
