Uganda Cup Quarter-finals: SC Villa draw Vipers SC as Express Football Club face KCCA FC in a clash of titans.

Record league champions, SC Villa have been drawn against Uganda Premier League hopefuls Vipers SC in the last eight of the Uganda Cup.

Vipers who lost in the final of the 44th edition of the tournament played at the Emokori Grounds in Bukedea District against KCCA in 2018 will host the first leg at home at the St. Mary's Stadium in Kitende, before paying a visit to the Jogoo's rented home in Bombo at the Bombo Military Grounds.

Joint record Uganda cup winners KCCA and Express FC lock horns in arguably the biggest pairing of the quarter finals.

The matches are set to be played between the 25th of May and 2nd of June 2021.

The winners of the Uganda Cup will represent Uganda in the CAF Confederations Cup.

Here's the full draw of the quarter-finals.

The Federation of Uganda Football Associations Competitions Committee have released StarTimes FUFA Big League fixtures for the second half of the season.

High flying money Arua based money bags Arua Hill restart their Uganda Premier League qualification quest at the Emokori Grounds in Bukedea Town Council when they take on Blacks Power FC.

The Development Infrastructure backed side will be looking to the vast experience of the likes of skipper Samson Caeser Okhuti, Rashid Agau and shot stopper Richard Anyama among others.

The "Kongolo" also have one of the deepest squads in the division.

Debutants, CALVARY F.C MIDIGO will look to continue with their impressive league adventure that saw them finish the first round in a healthy position when they visit Mbale Municipal Stadium to play against Kataka FC.

Calvary head coach Borini Ahmed will bank on the experience of stocky forward Malingumu Julius and the fresh blood of the likes of skipper Ahmed Ongo and Junior to navigate through the business end of the season.

Paidha based former premier league side Paidha Black Angels FC will be looking to magically turn around their fortunes in the second round of the season following the worst run of form in the club's league history which saw them pick only one point in seven matches.

Coach Allan Kabonge knows the club finds themselves in an unfamiliar position compared to the last time he tutored the team in 2018 when he guided them to a premier league qualification.

Only a miraculous performance in the second round will ensure their survival in the big league as fears begin to engulf the club's passionate fans on the likely relegation to the regional league if the downward spiral of the team is not halted sooner than later.

The blacks will have a chance to start their journey to safety when they host struggling prison side Maroons FC.

The prison side also have a share of their own troubles after reports emerged of how a number of their senior players like Sylvester Okello and Eddy Kapampa among others are currently serving club suspension occasioned by their claims that head coach Charles Lukula Ayiekho is constantly engaging in witchcraft to turn results in their favour, a claim the former Busoga United gaffer rejects.
