Professional career
Scouting America: Drabik has been a Field Director since at least January 2022, when her promotion to the position was announced. In this role, she is responsible for providing leadership and support to executives serving various districts, helping with youth recruitment, fundraising, and unit service.
� She previously worked as a Program Executive for the organization in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Texas Mums LLC: Prior to her work with Scouting America,
� lCharity Drabik was the Chief Executive Officer of a homecoming mum business in the Dallas-Fort Worth area from 2004 to 2017.
Education: She is a graduate of Amberton University, where she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership.
Other activities
Disc Golf: Drabik is an amateur disc golf player with the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA). She has competed in multiple events and held a rating of 723 as of August 2025.
