As the Heterick Library's second floor reopened after extensive renovations, a smaller change was made downstairs — the first-floor Northern Lights café transitioned from selling Starbucks beverages to selling coffee from Crimson Cup.

The ONU Counseling Center, a student service offered for free in years past, began charging for service at the beginning of the 2024-25 academic year. While charging for services may seem like a burden too big to bear for financially challenged college students, there are options to help alleviate financial stress.

What an experience. I could have never imagined the amount of personal growth and reflection that would occur over the past month.

Don’t get me wrong, the structure of veganism is tough. The challenges remained the same, but my mindset had changed. I had accepted that I was vegan.
