WE'RE BACK!!! Yes, the 25-26 school year is officially underway at Addison, and we have our new roster of student-broadcasters back in the classroom/studio and ready to get back on the air! Over the coming weeks, we will be working on training the new student-broadcasters, forming broadcasting teams, and much more! As always, you can follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok (search "WQAR 95.7 The Panther" on any of those social media platforms) to keep up with what we are doing.

An early announcement--we plan on covering as many of the home games for the Varsity Football team this year as possible, but will NOT be covering tonight's game against Clintondale, as Mr. B has a wedding to be a part of this week. But Go Panthers and stay tuned for more updates!

RIP to one of the godfathers of heavy metal.

BREAKING: Ozzy Osbourne, the Black Sabbath singer who rose to heavy metal stardom, has died at age 76, his family says.

His family announced the rock legend's passing in a statement: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”

For any of our listeners who happen to be weekend night owls, we have a special broadcast for you!

For the first time ever, The Panther will be onsite to cover the Addison High School After-Prom!! The broadcast will be a combo of remote commentary/interviews with the students and Mr. B playing a playlist of song requests and other great music. We will start at 11 p.m. this evening and wrap-up (at some point!) in the early morning hours!
