Senior Sunday: Bria Jack 🏃♀️
Meet Bria Jack from West Hills. Her journey in sports began when she wanted to find her place, and after discovering the welcoming nature of the cross-country community, she decided that running would become a significant part of her life. Starting in seventh grade, Bria has embraced the sport wholeheartedly.
For her recovery, she enjoys having grapes along with a Gatorade or Liquid IV. One of her standout moments was at the qualifying meet for regionals during her sophomore year. Although she wasn’t expected to qualify, she pushed herself to the limit, enduring incredible challenges and even throwing up three times on the course, but her determination paid off, and she qualified. That race remains her favorite because it taught her the power of perseverance.
What she cherishes most are the people around her; her teammates and coaches have become an essential part of her journey. After high school, Bria plans to attend BYU-Idaho to pursue a career as a pediatric nurse.
