This evening, the night sky turns into a stage as the crescent Moon drifts close to the fiery Red Planet Mars — appearing almost as if they are moving in rhythm, dancing across the heavens.

• The Moon, only 384,000 km from Earth, shines with both sunlight and the subtle glow of Earthshine.
• Mars, a desert world millions of kilometers away, glows steady and red against the starry backdrop.
• Tonight, they align in a rare celestial duet, sharing the same sky view for stargazers on Earth.

🔭 How to See It:
• Look toward the western horizon just after sunset.
• The slender crescent will be bright and easy to spot, with Mars shining like a reddish “star” nearby.
• Best viewed in the first 1–2 hours after sunset, before they both dip below the horizon.
