Surah An-Nasr was revealed toward the end of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ’s mission, signaling the victory of Islam and the mass acceptance of the faith. Allah commands the Prophet to glorify and praise Him and seek His forgiveness, even in moments of success. This teaches humility: victory comes from Allah alone, and one must remain grateful and repentant. It also reminds believers that all achievements should lead to remembrance of Allah, not arrogance.

This ayah (Az-Zumar 39:22) explains the difference between a heart softened by Allah’s guidance and one hardened against His remembrance. When Allah opens a person’s chest to Islam, they find peace, clarity, and light from their Lord. Such a heart accepts truth with humility. In contrast, hearts hardened from Allah’s remembrance become arrogant, neglectful, and blind to guidance. The warning “woe to them” shows their loss and misguidance. The lesson: seek softness of the heart through Qur’an, dhikr, and duʿā, because true guidance and peace come only from Allah.

Surah Al-Inshirah, also called “The Relief”, was revealed to comfort Prophet Muhammad ﷺ during times of difficulty.
1. “Alam nashrah laka sadrak” – Allah expanded the Prophet’s heart, giving him patience, courage, and clarity.
2. “Wa wada’na ‘anka wizrak” – Allah removed his burdens, meaning the hardships and responsibility of delivering the message were made lighter with His support.
3. “Alladhi anqada zahrak” – Refers to the heavy weight of difficulties that once bowed down his back, now eased.
4. “Wa rafa’na laka dhikrak” – Allah elevated his status and remembrance among people.
5. “Fa inna ma’al usri yusra” – With every hardship comes ease; repeated for emphasis, reminding believers that difficulties are always accompanied by relief.
6. “Fa iza faraghta fansab” – When you finish a task, continue striving in worship and devotion.
7. “Wa ila rabbika fargab” – Always turn to Allah in hope and reliance, seeking His support and reward.

Lesson for us: No matter how heavy life’s burdens feel, Allah promises relief and ease. Patience, reliance on Him, and continuous effort lead to comfort and spiritual growth.

This beautiful duʿā is from Surah Ṭā-Hā (20:25–28) — the duʿā of Prophet Mūsā (Moses, عليه السلام) when he was sent to confront Pharaoh.

Transliteration:
Rabbi-shraḥ lī ṣadrī (25)
Wa yassir lī amrī (26)
Waḥlul ʿuqdatan min lisānī (27)
Yafqahū qawlī (28).

Translation:
“My Lord, expand for me my chest, and ease for me my task, and untie the knot from my tongue, that they may understand my speech.”

✨ This is a powerful duʿā to recite when facing challenges, public speaking, exams, interviews, or any situation where you need clarity, confidence, and ease.

When a post reaches thousands of views, it often brings both kind and harsh comments. But always look to the bright side — Allah allows it for a reason. Perhaps through these words, even the hardest of hearts may soften by His mercy.

Only Allah can turn hearts toward the straight path. The Prophet ﷺ used to supplicate:

اللَّهُمَّ مُصَرِّفَ القلوبِ صَرِّفْ قلوبَنا على طاعتِك
“O Allah, Controller of the hearts, direct our hearts to Your obedience.” (Muslim 2654)

I am not someone with deep knowledge, but I believe that even sharing a reminder as small as an atom carries reward. Allah says:

“So whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it.” (Az-Zalzalah 99:7)

And the Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever guides someone to goodness will have a reward like the one who did it.” (Muslim 1893)

So never underestimate a small word of goodness — it may be counted as sadaqah and continue to benefit you even after you are gone.

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
“When Ramadan begins, the gates of Paradise are opened, the gates of Hell are closed, and the devils are chained.” (Bukhari & Muslim)
This signifies the ease of doing good deeds and the increase in Allah’s mercy and forgiveness.

Surah Al-Iqra (Al-‘Alaq) ayahs 1-5 mark the first revelation to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Allah commands him to “Read!” in the name of the Creator, emphasizing knowledge and learning. These verses highlight that Allah created humans from a clot (‘Alaq) and bestowed the ability to learn through the pen. They stress that true knowledge comes from Allah, encouraging reflection and education. This passage establishes the significance of seeking knowledge and recognizing divine wisdom, laying the foundation for Islam’s emphasis on learning and intellectual growth.

Tafseer of Surah Al-Hijr (15:98-99)

Verse 98:
“So glorify the praises of your Lord and be among those who prostrate.”

Explanation:
Allah commands the Prophet ﷺ to engage in tasbih (glorification) and hamd (praise) of His Lord. This includes remembering Allah through dhikr, salah, and acts of worship. The phrase “be among those who prostrate” emphasizes the importance of salah, especially sujood, as a means of drawing closer to Allah. In difficult times, worship strengthens the heart.

Verse 99:
“And worship your Lord until certainty (death) comes to you.”

Explanation:
Allah instructs the Prophet ﷺ and believers to remain steadfast in worship until “yaqeen” (certainty), which refers to death. This means that worship is a lifelong commitment, and there is no pause in devotion to Allah. True success lies in continuous obedience, seeking closeness to Allah until the end of life.

Key Lessons:
• Consistent dhikr and salah bring spiritual strength.
• Worship is lifelong, not temporary.
• True certainty (yaqeen) is the realization of the Hereafter.

Sometimes, Allah allows you to experience the hardships of this world so that you can truly appreciate the sweetness of Iman (faith).
