Kaushila Khanal is truly a definition of hard work, discipline, dedication, passion, and a person with a vision to change the world, who does not have the word Give Up in her dictionary. Kaushila is a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo, USA Taekwondo Referee, Lyricist, dancer, mother of two kids and has master degree in Public Health from DeVry University. In addition to everything she does and gets involve in, she is an Owner and instructor at Sunshine Taekwondo Academy in the city of Akron and Reynoldsburg in the state of Ohio. In this episode, we will learn about Kaushila’s lifelong journey from Refugee camp to the very successful woman she is now.

Aiti has bachelors degree in Political Science focused in International Politics from Wesleyan University. She currently works at Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Service (IRIS) as a case manager in Hartford, Connecticut. Aiti’s recent project was her involvement with Mystic Eco 2 (musical poetic event) which were held in New York and Windsor, Canada.

Govinda Phuyel is a very well known singer, lyricist, composer, recordist, music teacher and musician who plays instrument like flue, piano, etc. Mr. Phuyel’s interest on music was from his early school years, when he was as young as 13. Govinda’s passion for music was very evident when he started skipping regular classes to take music courses.
