As another year comes to a close, we’ve been reflecting on how far Knox has come.

We opened our doors in 1998 with big ideas and a lot of grit. We weathered challenges we never expected—including a 2002 fire that forced us to start over in a new space—and kept moving forward. Along the way, we’ve been shaped by incredibly talented people who brought their creativity, care and heart to this agency, and by clients who trusted us with their stories year after year.

Through every season of growth and change, one thing has remained constant: Randy’s steady leadership and belief in what this agency could be. That foundation has allowed Knox to evolve, adapt and continue doing work we’re proud of—together.

As we look ahead, we’re grateful for the journey, the people who’ve been part of it and the work still to come. Here’s to what we’ve built—and what’s next.
