National Association of Women in Construction 70th Annual conference in Boston, MA August 2025 👷🏼‍♀️👩🏼‍💻

Talecia and Kristina had the privilege to represented the Akron chapter at the conference. It was very energizing to be amoung 800+ women in the construction industry!! The impact these leaders are making is truly remarkable. We attended career focued break out sessions, relatable keynote speakers, networking with women across the nation, fundraisers, strategic goals for the organization, AI speakers, short film “Sista in the Brotherhood”, Awards, and much more! Very excited to have our very own (NCRegion) as the new NAWIC President, Rita Brown!! She is an impactful leader/ trailblazer that will continue to improve our organization.

Kelly Aust, immediate past president, did a phenomenal job this past year pushing new ideas, initiatives, and making our organization even more successful!

I highly encourage our members to attend these annual conference! Looking forward to next year in Reno, NV Aug 2026!
