This webinar responds directly to the recent tragic incident involving the horrific harassment and subsequent killing of a 20-year-old female welder on a worksite, a heartbreaking event that highlights the critical need for immediate action to improve safety, emotional well-being, and workplace culture for tradeswomen across the industry.

Running a marathon is a lot like managing a construction project — it takes planning, endurance, teamwork, and the ability to adapt when the course doesn’t go as expected.
