Michigan Extras needed for feature film "The Mephistophiliac".
ONLY LOCAL BAY CITY OR NEARBY TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Rate: No pay. But the project will be sent to film markets and on streaming circuits next year.
Craft services will be available in addition to credit for being in the movie.

When: on Saturday, June 21st, 8pm to midnight. Wear clothes like you’re going to church that can be modified to be covered in stage blood. Solid colors, no patterns, and no logos. 5 hours of filming needed.
Extras will be involved in a mass shooting scene.

After well over a decade of working to help indie filmmakers get their work out there and make some kind of revenue from it, AngerMan Distribution will be turning off the lights and closing its doors.

AMD was put together by two friends who saw the plight of indie filmmakers and decided to try to help, with VERY limited means. The company suffered losses every year of its operation, yet the partners split that loss between them as they kept working to try to make a difference. A few years ago, one of the partners passed away (R.I.P., Peter) and the lone director left behind kept trying to keep the dream alive and cover the losses, but it has finally reached a point where he can no longer carry the company. And so, here we are.

To all of you who still want to check out indie content via AMD, the films will be available on Vimeo On Demand for another 10 days. Some will gradually come off the site between now and then in preparation for closure. The films can be found via: https://myindieproductions.com/angerman-distribution/

A sad day for cinema

It is with deep regret that we, his family, announce the passing of the man and the artist, David Lynch. We would appreciate some privacy at this time. There’s a big hole in the world now that he’s no longer with us. But, as he would say, “Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.”

It’s a beautiful day with golden sunshine and blue skies all the way.
