2x20 (combo set) light d-bell side delt raise, front delt raise & upright row

3x20 heavy d-bell hammer curls
Superset with
2x20 (combo) d-bell inner bicep curl & flat facing forward d-bell curl
(30 sec rest)

2x20 full range light d-bell side delt raises (wrist facing forward)
Superset with

3x10 (ass to the grass😁) full range squats holding 35 lb plate

3x10 heavy deads

3x20 cable crossovers

15 min 1 min interval incline sprints
