I use GPS a lot, and I was tired of my phone sliding around or ending up where I couldn't safely see it while I was driving.

I bought this adjustable gooseneck phone mount back in May, and it's been one of those little purchases that has made everyday driving much easier. I can position my phone exactly where I want it, and the flexible arm keeps it in a comfortable viewing position.

One unexpected bonus is that my phone tends to overheat, especially during the New Mexico summer. With this mount, I can position my phone in front of my A/C vent, and it doesn't overheat nearly as often.

If you've been looking for a sturdy, adjustable phone mount, this is the one I've been using.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about rebuilding.

As I build DVine ReBuild, I’m learning that rebuilding isn’t just about the things we celebrate. Sometimes it’s about being honest about where we are today.

For me, that includes my health.

A few years ago, my highest weight was 266 pounds. Through hard work and determination, I got down to 185.

Then life got busy.

I started a business.
Celebrated a wedding.
Instantly became an empty nester.
Welcomed three grandbabies.
Closed a business.

Somewhere along the way, taking care of myself moved further down the priority list.

Little by little, the weight came back.

Earlier this year, I reached 272 pounds—the highest I’ve ever been.

Today, I weigh 259.

Not where I want to be… and certainly not where I plan to stay.

I’m sharing this now because I’m not waiting until I have a success story to tell.

I’m choosing to share the journey while I’m walking it.

That’s what DVine ReBuild is all about. ❤️

No quick fixes.
No perfection.
Just a commitment to make better choices one day at a time.

If you’re rebuilding your health, your faith, your finances, your purpose, or any other area of your life, I’d love for you to follow along.

We’re stronger when we don’t walk the journey alone. ❤️

💜 ReBuild Reflections #1
✨ Perspective

Today, I was reminded that gratitude doesn’t ignore difficulties—it changes how I see them.

Many of the things we complain about are actually evidence of God’s provision.

And… sometimes worrying and complaining is our way of rehearsing a future where God doesn’t come through.

💬 What is something you complain about that is actually evidence of God’s provision—but it’s become so familiar to you that you’ve forgotten to thank Him for it?

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:18

I JUST SPENT almost an hour on the phone with GoDaddy after midnight and got $724.53 refunded.

They had renewed hosting ($622.64) and a coaching plan ($112.89) for a website that no longer exists. That business closed almost 18 months ago.
I don't even own the domain anymore, and the account showed the website as "free."

At first they said their policy wouldn't allow a refund. I asked them to explain the policy, and when they couldn't, I requested an escalation. They offered only an email escalation, and I pushed back.

In the end, they refunded the charges. The refund is now pending back to my account.

While it was frustrating to deal with, I'm grateful I caught it. A good reminder that sometimes a little persistence pays off, and what starts as a headache can turn into an unexpected financial win.

A little reminder for anyone working on improving their finances: take a few minutes to review your old subscriptions, hosting accounts, memberships, and auto-renewals. You might be surprised by what’s still being charged. A quick account audit could save you $$HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS$$ and put that money back in your pocket!!

🚨 IRAN WAR — DAY 5. Here's 10 Latest Updates You Should Probably Know...

1. A US Navy submarine sank an Iranian warship — the IRIS Dena frigate, 40 nautical miles off the coast of Sri Lanka.

This war has now reached the Indian Ocean. 32 crew members pulled from the water. This is no longer just a Middle East conflict.

2. A UK RAF base in Cyprus was struck by an Iranian drone. Britain is now directly in the crossfire.

3. Iraq is shutting down its largest oil fields. With the Strait of Hormuz closed, they have nowhere to export the oil.

Production is being halted. Iraq — a country that produces 4 million barrels a day, is being economically strangled by its own geography.

4. 4,000+ flights cancelled daily. Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, British Airways, Lufthansa, Air India, Virgin Atlantic all suspended.

Dubai International Airport, the world's busiest — shut down. Hundreds of thousands of passengers stranded. Losses already estimated in the billions.

5. The US Senate voted 47-53 to block Trump's war powers. Only ONE Republican, Rand Paul — voted to stop the war. It failed.

6. Israel is moving its elections forward to June/July 2026 to let Netanyahu capitalize on the war.

Politics is already reshaping around this conflict.

7. The world is now officially split.

- Supporting the strikes: Ukraine, Germany, Australia, Canada, UK, France.

- Opposing: China, Russia, Pakistan, Brazil, Spain, Norway, North Korea.

This is the closest thing to a global coalition divide since the Cold War.

8. 1,600 Americans are still trapped in the Middle East. Rubio is arranging charter flights out. The US government is telling its own citizens to leave the entire region immediately.

9. Inside Iran: Banks are restricting cash withdrawals. People are stockpiling food. Crowds lining up at gas stations.

The internet is 96% blocked. Iran's civilians are living through a complete information blackout.

10. The White House has no timeline for reopening the Strait of Hormuz.

When asked directly, Press Secretary Leavitt said: "I don't want to commit to a timeline."

20% of the world's oil. No timeline for when it flows again.

This is Day 5. President Trump says there are 4-5 weeks of combat ahead.

Stay informed. Turn on notifications because this affects all of us.

You don’t need motivation.
You need alignment.
Motivation is emotional.
Alignment is intentional.
When faith and health stop competing, everything shifts.
The question stops being “Do I feel like it today?”
And becomes “Does this honor what God entrusted to me?”
Some days that looks like a workout.
Some days it’s a walk, stretching, or choosing nourishment instead of neglect.
Discipline rooted in faith isn’t punishment.
It’s stewardship.
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit… therefore honor God with your body.”
— 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

ASK YOURSELF
IS THIS YOU AFTER YOU READ THIS!!

The most terrifying detail about Noah's Ark isn't the size of the flood. It is the design of the boat.
If you look closely at the blueprints God gave Noah in Genesis 6, He was extremely specific.
He gave the exact length, width, and height. He specified the type of wood and the pitch to seal it.
In my little years, I have never thought of this! 🔥
But God left out one crucial component.
There was no steering wheel, no sail, and worse still, there was no engine. Think about how scary that is.
Noah was building a massive vessel to survive a global storm, but he had zero control over it, or over where it went.
He couldn't steer it away from rocks. He couldn't turn it into the waves. He couldn't aim for dry land. He was completely at the mercy of the water.
The Ark was not designed for navigation; just for floating.
Noah’s job was to to be the Passenger, not the Captain.
God was the Captain.
This is a picture of your life right now.
You are trying to put a steering wheel in a boat that God can control, if you let Him…
