This intersection in Alamosa changes starting Monday, June 8. Vehicles no longer will be allowed to go east from Stuart Avenue onto First Street as these two white trucks did. The planned safety improvements include installing a 3‐way stop and eliminating eastbound movements from Stuart Avenue to First Street and southbound movements turning east from Victoria Avenue onto First Street.
