As the ice storm tested the mettle of many, one family of seven endured the unthinkable loss of everything they owned due to an ice-induced fire. On Thursday, the 24th of April, 30% of all sales will be donated to their family to help them stay strong during this arduous time. Please join us in standing with them as they strive to rebuild after such a heart-wrenching loss. 💪We are working to get back open as soon as possible! Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this storm. *Breakfast from the Jerk-N-Depot TOMORROW (Thursday) at the Village of Alanson Hall has been CANCELLED due to the building being closed.

This is the marbling on a $12.00lb beef tenderloin we ran on special. Quick pan fry in butter and and it was pretty darned good. I’ve had worse for more money at a restaurant I can tell you that! Great flavor and fairly tender. I imagine better on the grill.
