"Kia's Baby / Andre's Son" - Dir. Majestic Tillman

I've been wanting to shoot something in 4:3 again for a long time and when Majestic brought me loads of references for his short that were all that aspect ratio I asked if he'd be down to shoot it that way and he said yes. A lot of the framing was geared to place his character in frames blocking him off from the world around him as Andre keeps people at arms length while also trying to find a way out of the life he lives in to a better, more stable one. This was made with a very small crew with a handful of people coming in and out when they could be there and it was so much fun getting to work with all of them.
