Then comes 1k Drums, and with it a reunion. It features Margarida Pinto, one of the most superlative
voices Portugal has produced, a singer long kept like a secret. She and To Ricciardi go back to the
Coldfinger years, that early 2000s stretch when a generation rewired Portuguese pop with
technology and kept the organic balance intact. Hearing them work together again, two decades on,
is a conversation that never really ended. 1k Drums is the deeper heart of the record, hypnotic and
emotional, built for the dancefloors where feeling matters more than force.

Early work on Tribal America and Kaos. The founder of Nylon Discographics and Lupeca. Records and studios shared with Richard Dorfmeister, Tosca, DJ Vibe, Madredeus and a long line of others.
Jezebel / 1k Drums is his first appearance on Sounds of Khemit, and it feels less like an introduction than like two old roads finally crossing.
