This one’s straight from the heart — a rich, tender smoked meatloaf slathered in my grandma’s legendary sweet & tangy sauce, then finished with a crown of crispy fried onions for that perfect crunch.

🔥 Smoked Greek Gyros — BBQ Fusion Done Right! 🇬🇷

Smoked a chuck roast low and slow, sliced it thin, and packed it into warm pita with smoky tzatziki, garlic & herb feta, spinach, tomatoes, and grilled flavor in every bite.

Served it up with crispy lemon oregano roasted potatoes and chilled cucumber slices for that fresh crunch on the side.

All made from scratch — straight off the smoker and onto the plate.
BBQ meets the Mediterranean, and honestly... I’d do it again tomorrow.
