Yonder Pixels update!
Hi All! We are really sorry for the long delay in posting. We wanted to take some time and flesh out some new ideas, stemming from the announcement of Exordium Heroes and the culmination of recent tech advancements!
So what gives? Why the delay? Well, in short, AI exploded onto the world just as we were releasing information about Exordium Heroes. Everything from ChatGPT to Midjourney hit the world by storm, and we were astonished at their capabilities. AI art has proliferated in many Tabletop RPG communities. Suddenly people were designing visual representations of their characters for their campaigns at an unprecedented pace.
So we decided to put a pause on the development of Exordium Heroes. We wanted to learn more about this newfangled AI technology. Specifically, we wanted to learn how it worked, the ethics behind its use, and determine whether it is something we want to utilize within our own projects.
With that said, here's a small sampling of some of our explorations as we learn more about the tools. As we move forward, we would love to talk to folks about their AI thoughts. It is a hot topic, but one we think will be relevant to everyone in the future.
