PRESS THROUGH UNTO BREAKTHROUGH!

Nancy Knopp is a powerful, prophetic voice and a faithful intercessor. Her heart for the Lord is so pure and precious. With each conversation I've had with Nancy, it's always clear that she carries a deep desire to please the Lord and to live fully surrendered to His will and purpose. She is a lover of God's presence, listens to His voice, is a dreamer, and a faithful messenger who releases His word with clarity. Nancy is rooted in her local community at The Altar Church in North Carolina, and she leads her own ministry with a passion to see the Esthers of this generation arise. Recently, I had a dream that a trainer was leading my workout. In the dream, I was holding my arms up doing a bench press, and my arms felt exhausted and weak. I remember thinking, "I can't hold this up one more moment." But the trainer kept saying, "Keep your arms up, don't stop now!"
When I woke up, I thought about Exodus 17 where Moses stood on the hill during the battle against the Amalekites. As long as his arms were lifted with the staff in his hands (the same staff he used to deliver them from Egypt), Israel won the battle. But when exhaustion caused his arms to lower, the battle began to shift.
I believe Moses' staff is a picture of declaration and faith. It is as if Moses was saying, "God, You showed us Your power before... and You're going to do it again!"
And I sense the Lord saying, "There are many in the Body of Christ right now who feel weary from the warfare. You've been praying, standing, fighting, interceding, believing, enduring pressure, heartbreak, opposition, betrayal, and delay. Some of you feel spiritually exhausted and emotionally and/or physically drained." But the Lord is saying, "Don't quit. Press through. Remember what I did before."
I believe God is strengthening many to press through! He has also given us His staff and that is His power by His Spirit! Your endurance is being trained in this season. Just like resistance builds muscles, spiritual resistance has been building perseverance inside of you. And just as Moses needed Aaron and Hur to help hold up his arms, I believe God is also raising up people who will help strengthen and encourage you too.
I want to encourage someone today: You may feel weary, but you are not defeated. Keep standing. Keep praying. Keep believing. Remember what He did for you before; He will do it again! Not by your own strength, not by your own power, but by HIS Spirit, you will break through!
