January 8, 2021 - My body, my choice? Soon it will not be.

New York Assembly Bill A416 - "Relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health"

This bill, if passed, ammends Public Health Law to allow the state to "detain" you on "suspicion" of you perhaps posing a medical threat to others.

Additionally, you will be held in a medical facility, or other facility as deemed appropriate by Governor Cuomo or his designees (an example could be any health department official, or anyone else he says has this power like a law enforcement officer, etc.), then you can, under this law, be forced to be vaccinated or treated however the state deems appropriate (Section 12).

This bill was (pre-filled and now in committee) proposed by Assembly Member N. (Noah) Nick Perry of the 58th District (Brooklyn [East Flatbush, Canarsie & Brownsville). It was referred to the Health Committee on January 6, 2021.

Editorial: "Word of the Day"

It is time we start educating ourselves with recent/current practices in China under their current political system.

Word of the Day: laojiao (pronounced "la-ow-jee-ow), in short, prison for undesirables.

From the Human Rights Watch website:
"Reeducation through labor (laodong jiaoyang or laojiao), according to the Ministry of Public Security, is an administrative measure of reform through compulsory education designed to change offenders into people who "obey law, respect public virtue, love their country, love hard work, and possess certain standards of education and productive skills for the building of socialism."

The term refers to a system of detention and punishment administratively imposed on those who are deemed to have committed minor offenses but are not legally considered criminals. Reeducation through labor —sometimes labeled rehabilitation through labor— is not to be confused with reform though labor (laodong gaizao or laogai), the complex of prisons, labor camps, and labor farms for those sentenced judicially."

"The reeducation process is arbitrary. It removes the presumption of innocence, involves no judicial officer, provides for no public trial, and makes no provision for defense against the charges."

Currently, Uighur Muslims and Kazakh people are interned is such camps as highlighted by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in October 2020.

If such a practice were to start here in the United States, would you find yourself eligible for reeducation?

Peaceful Standoff in Mahopac, NY May Have Had Nothing To Do With Red Flag Laws.
Saturday, November 23, 2019:
U.S. Army Veteran (Afghanistan) Alex Booth was involved in an hours-long standoff with police at his residence at 50 Putnam Drive, Mahopac, New York. Booth broadcast the event via his Instagram account at whiskey_warrior_556.

There was a warrant out for Booth's arrest, issued by Justice Thomas Jacobellis, relating to burglary and criminal trespass issues. Without speculation, we cannot confirm that red flag laws had anything to do with this incident. We will update this post if we hear anything solid.

FACTS: New York Assembly Member Kevin S. Parker from Brooklyn has proposed new legislation to investigate your social media account and review your search engine history in determining if you can be eligible for a pistol permit.

The summary for his Bill S09191 (Nov 14, 2018) reads as follows:
"Relates to requiring social media and search engine reviews prior to the approval of an application or renewal of a license to carry or possess a pistol or revolver; requires a person applying for a license to carry or possess a pistol or revolver or a renewal of such license to consent to having his or her social media accounts and search engine history reviewed and investigated for certain posts and/or searches over a period of 1-3 years prior to the approval of such application or renewal; defines terms."

EDITORIAL COMMENT: The Thought Police are mobilizing in New York State. George Orwell was an oracle. If you haven't read (or listened to) the book "Nineteen Eighty-Four" yet, you need to. This book has proven itself as prophecy and is playing out in our home state.

Dutchess County:
Poughkeepsie neighbors, here is a link to a publication highlighting the antisemitic, anti-American, pro-communism, pro-anarchy extremism bubbling over at Vassar College.

Written by "V(assar)C(ollege) brewers hellbent on nothing but destruction", it is rife with grammatical errors and prompts to violence, claiming to be "offering a glimpse at the white supremacist, cisheteropatriachal, capitalist values that govern the college."

You too can join the cause and obtain a hardcopy of this publication for only $70,510 a year (current tuition and boarding at Vassar). While written mostly in a tongue-in-cheek style, there are actual prompts to violence against minorities, rewriting of history, and attacks on anything that goes against their idea of an anarchist utopia (part of their "recommended readings" is "An Anarchist Appeal).

For those who cannot afford to be part of the elite intelligentsia of the future of the Minitrue, I herein present a digital copy of "The Vassar College Disorientation Guide 2018-2019" aimed at indoctrinating incoming freshmen into hate.

News from NYC: Democratic Socialist activist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wins a stunning Democrat primary victory for Congressional election in the 14th District (Queens and The Bronx) over incumbent Congressman Joe Crowley (D).
Ocasio-Cortez, an organizer for Bernie Sanders' 2016 campaign, ran on a platform of "free Medicare for all" and the abolition of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement).

Opinion: NYC just tipped further left in Queens and The Bronx. Democratic Socialists of America appear to be the new direction of the Democratic Party. Socialism on the rise.

Rep. Joe Crowley, a contender to succeed Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, was upset by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a 28-year-old activist. In GOP primaries, incumbents backed by President Trump won out.

Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announces his retirement.

Opinion: Hopefully POTUS Trump picks a Constitutionalist judge who will APPLY the law rather than INTERPRET it.

On Wednesday, in a move that had long been rumored by Republicans and long dreaded by Democrats, Justice Anthony Kennedy — the swing vote on the Supreme Court — announced his retirement.
