Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by yesterday— especially between 3–5 PM. We’re incredibly grateful for your support and patience.
We want to sincerely apologize for the long wait during that time. We were short-staffed and introduced something new that we didn’t prepare well enough for, and that led to delays. That’s not the experience we want you to have, and we’re truly sorry.
If you ordered between 3–5 PM yesterday and weren’t satisfied, please come by again and show us your name or receipt — your next drink is on us. We’d love the chance to make it right.
To give our team a little breather, we’ll be pressing pause on bucket milk tea next week — but don’t worry, it’ll be back soon!
