Review of American Graveyard, calls to end gun violence Volume 2:
"In American Graveyard, Volume 2, you will find the voices of poets who have stepped into the uncomfortable space of gun violence. You hear an array of emotions: anger, grief, trauma, fear, all the things that leave families and loved ones changed forever. Inside, the words bear the weight of their emotions in various ways; every headline, every school, store, church, or person affected by gun violence in some way is a story of human loss. This book will not be an easy read, and it definitely was not meant to be. It asks all of us to listen, feel, and understand the consequences of living in a society where guns outnumber people."
