How to Make:
I. Open-Faced European Bread Sandwich
1. Ingredients: 1 slice of European bread (a chewy whole wheat or multigrain one is even better), 1/2 avocado (sliced), 2 slices of bacon, 1 slice of cheese, a handful of arugula, 1 egg, a pinch of black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
2. Steps:
- Pan-fry the bacon over low heat until crispy, then set aside.
- Use the bacon grease to fry the egg over low heat until the white is set but the yolk is runny. Season with black pepper and salt.
- Heat the European bread in the oven or a pan until the surface is slightly crispy and the inside is soft.

Stack in the order of "bread → arugula → cheese → bacon → avocado → fried egg," and finish with a sprinkle of black pepper for an extra aroma. Absolutely divine!!

A simple salad for today

Ingredients:
Tortilla chips, avocado, shrimp,
kimchi, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms,
kale

Sauté the kale in olive oil until softened.
Sauté the mushrooms with a little oil, salt, and black pepper until cooked.
Cook the shrimp with salt and black pepper.
Plate and sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley.

Beautiful ingredients are not only delicious and healthy,
but a feast for the eyes too.

Kiwi Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:
• 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
• 1 cup (240 ml) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
• 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
• 2 tbsp granola (or crushed biscuits)
• A few mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the fruit: Peel and slice the kiwis into thin rounds or small cubes.
2. Sweeten the yogurt: In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or syrup. Adjust sweetness to taste.
3. Assemble the parfaits: In two glasses or small bowls.

• A few kiwi slices
• A sprinkle of granola
Repeat until glasses are filled.
4. Finish: Top with kiwi slices and mint leaves for a fresh look.
