Deb Erickson is a coach and she teaches about neuro-science and how our brain works! To retrain messages, we have to send tactile positive messages: Put your fingers together thumb and index one first, and say "I can!"; then your thumb and index finger and say"I will!"; then your middle finger to thumb and say "I am!"--and with force and fist, "YES!" Repeat that 2 more times and do that every day over and over ---esp when you feel those downers creeping into your brain!
