🌈 Living Authentically. Leading Boldly.

PRIDE & Equality Magazine is proud to honor Lee Ignatius King at the Vincent R. Johnson Models of Hope Awards Brunch on August 30th at 11:30 A.M. at La Fonda del Bosque. Since stepping into drag in 2023, Lee has become a powerful voice for Trans, nonbinary, and Q***r communities—using performance as activism and visibility as a form of connection.

Raised in a conservative household, Lee’s journey of self-discovery reminds us that identity knows no timeline. Their message to LGBTQ youth:
“It’s never too late to be you. Life is a journey… try different things until you find what truly fits with who you are and how you want to express yourself.” 💫🏳️‍⚧️

🎟️ Celebrate Lee and other changemakers. Reserve your tickets now at myprideonline.com/moh.

🌈 Healing Through Art. Thriving Through Community.

Join PRIDE & Equality Magazine on August 30th at 11:30 A.M. for The 2025 Models of Hope Awards Gala Brunch at La Fonda del Bosque, where we honor powerful voices like Gemma Rhoid — a performer who found strength through drag and transformed their pain into purpose. From surviving a difficult past to creating safe, joyful spaces for others, Gemma’s journey is a testament to the healing power of expression and community.

They shared this message with LGBTQIA+ youth:
“If you have [community] at home, that’s a blessing. If you don’t, just know that you are never alone… Just keep going, keep creating, keep speaking your truth, keep loving.” 💖🎤

🎟️ Be part of this celebration of hope and resilience. Tickets available now at myprideonline.com/moh.
