Following up on the last posted link, we have now learned that Amazon is actually suing reviewers who have posted positive reviews and who may know or have been paid by the author or publisher. It seems to us that following all the rules is the best course of action, but given Amazon's ability to just erase whats on their site at will and to otherwise act as e-cop, where and how is Amazon damaged?

They are aggregating email addresses and trying to get customers to register with credit information. Often, the sites exhibit the same poor English seen in phishing scams and scam emails.
