🚨 EXPLOSIVE ‼️: Lapel footage emerges from an incident involving Sen. Mimi Stewart and a pedestrian in Santa Fe, during the 2024 legislative session. Two things we certainly know from the video:

1. Sen. Stewart used her title and position when asked for her ID.
2. Sen. Stewart informs local law enforcement that she contacted the Governor’s Office to send State Police instead, thus, intervening in a local law enforcement matter.
Elias Sisneros first reported on the incident and attempted to obtain the police report and footage, and was told they “didn’t exist.” However, it clearly does exist.
So what are your thoughts, Democratic Party of New Mexico ? Will you be calling for her resignation?
