Let's stop the unnecessary comparisons or competitions...

I recently realized I have an unhealthy relationship to those I view as "competition." I connected it to my value, which led to anger and frustration. I acknowledged it, determined the cause, and decided if I wanted to continue thinking this way. I chose the peace that came with disconnecting my worthiness from the unwanted competition and allowing inspiration to flow freely. There is such beauty in the unqiueness that we are born with. When combined together with others, magic can happen.

I ❤️ me some Tabitha....I needed this reminder because I don't use the same energy as I did when working for someone else but yet wonder why I'm not progressing as I'd like. Gave me chills and some tears, tell em again!

Take a life pause...

The first thing I did to start my healing and self-discovery journey was take a pause when I quit my job. Taking a pause can be a mental health day, weekend, holiday, vacation, etc. Here is a picture of a simple one I did today, meditation.
