š Studio Policies & Expectations
To create the best experience for every client, Iāve put a few clear policies in place to support mutual respect, protect everyoneās time, and maintain a calm, welcoming environment.

Cancellation Policy
I respectfully ask that you provide at least 48 hoursā notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Youāll receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment.
Need to reschedule or cancel? Simply respond to the reminder text, and your message will come straight to me.
ā¢Less than 48 hoursā notice will require a deposit to rebook.
ā° Late Policy
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early, even if that means waiting in your car ā it helps everything run smoothly.
I totally understand that life happens. If youāre running late or need to adjust your appointment, just communicate with me ā Iām always more flexible when Iām kept in the loop.
If I ever am running late, I will text you and try to give a 30 minute heads up. That way you can run an errand if need be or not rush if youāre behind.
Please note:
ā¢If you arrive late, I may need to adjust your service (for example, skip styling) to stay on schedule for the next client.
š« Guest Policy
To keep the studio peaceful and focused, I kindly ask that only the person receiving services be present during the appointment.
š Respectful Vibes Only
This is a safe, inclusive, and uplifting space. Inappropriate behavior, offensive language, or disrespect of any kind is not tolerated.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable ā no exceptions.

š Hours & After-Hours Appointments
If you need an appointment outside of my regular hours, Iām happy to accommodate when possible ā just know it requires:
ā¢A deposit, and
ā¢A $50 after-hours accommodation fee added to your total.
Hours:
Sunday: 2 per month (deposit required for all clients booking.)
Monday: 10am-3pm
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday and Friday: 9am-4pm
Thursday: 9am-12pm + 2pm-8pm
Saturday: 9am-4pm
None of these policies are up for debate.
This it to help you as the client and myself as the service provider have a baseline of what to expect.
