𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀.

🎄 Christmas can feel overwhelming. Gifts, the “perfect” meal, the “right” tree / decorations, matching pajamas… it’s easy to forget what really matters especially in cultures where how Christmas looks takes over.

🙏🏽 This year, our prayer was simple: Jesus first, everything else second. So we stayed home, ate homemade food, just the three of us; no pressure, no pretending.

♥️ We’re building our own traditions, mixing Malagasy roots, Latino culture, and our own simple family rhythm. Not perfect, just ours

😍Sometimes the most meaningful Christmas isn’t fancy or expensive; it’s the one filled with peace, gratitude, and love.

This morning, while reading our YouVersion Bible app, we came across a prayer we had prayed before I was even pregnant.

Miahy was not yet in my womb, but she was already in our prayers.

Today, we praise the Lord for partially answering that prayer, and we trust Him with the rest. God is faithful before conception, during pregnancy, and throughout our children’s lives.

Whether you’re praying for a future child, or lifting up the children already in your arms, may this prayer encourage you to place them again in God’s loving care.

He sees them, He knows them, and He is already at work.

❤️Dear God, I lift up my beloved partner to You today. I thank You for this precious gift in my life. Lord, You have shown us that love is patient, love is kind, and love never fails. I pray that our marriage continues to reflect Your boundless love.

🙏🏼Bless him/her with health, strength, and unwavering faith. May my lovely life partner find inspiration in Your Word and comfort in Your presence. Lord, guide us to grow together in You, always supporting and encouraging each other in our Christian journey.

😍As we face life's challenges and celebrate its joys, help us to be a testimony to Your love and grace. Let our love story inspire others to seek You and Your perfect love.

𝐖𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐔𝐩 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡, 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐔𝐩 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞.

💰 Angel and I didn’t grow up rich. And honestly, we’re still not “rich” by the world’s standards.

❤️ But we promised ourselves one thing: our daughter will grow up rich in love, rich in memories, rich in moments that money can’t buy.

🥺 These past few months have been hard; Angel’s health has been getting worse, I’m still praying for a job breakthrough, and life has been stretching us in every direction.

😍 But even in this season, we refuse to let our circumstances stop us from enjoying the moments right in front of us: the fresh air, the laughter, the little hugs, the joy of simply being together.

🫵🏽Whether you’re single, married, waiting, healing, or growing, you can choose to create a life that’s rich in love, faith, community, peace, and purpose.

✝️ I personally believe God meets us where we are, even in the struggle. And He can make any season fruitful; no matter what’s in your bank account.

🙏🏽One day you will know how many times God has protected us how often; His hand has covered our family from harm. Your name, Miahy, reflects God’s very character: the One who protects, looks after us, and watches over us. That truth has been our reality time and time again.

💪🏽One day you will know how much strength you gave us when we were physically, emotionally, and mentally weak. Your little smiles, your laughter, your tiny hands; they carried us through some of our hardest days.

❤️One day you will know how blessed you are to have a roof over your head, food on your plate,, and breastmilk to drink, even when Daddy was sick and Mommy could not find work despite trying many things. God has provided for us every single day.

🥺One day you will know the struggles your mom and dad have faced quietly, without letting it break us because we serve a God who conquers, restores, and never lets go.

☀️Miahy, you are already 10 months old, full of life, joy, and light. We look at you and see God’s faithfulness written all over our story. You are our daily reminder that even in weakness, God’s grace sustains us.

Even if things aren’t how we’d like them to be, we trust that God has a plan, and it will prosper us, not harm us.

Even if that prayer our family has been praying for hasn’t happened yet, we know God is in control.

Even if we don’t know where our next provision will come from, we remember that God provides. He cares for the birds of the air and the flowers in the field, and He cares for us even more.

Every day is a reminder that we are blessed, even in uncertainty, because God is faithful. ❤️🙏🏽

We need the world’s attention right now. Please help us amplify Madagascar’s cry for justice.🙏🏽💔🇲🇬 This has to stop.

The world must not look away.

Journalists, human-rights defenders, and international media.

In Madagascar’s capital, Antananarivo, peaceful citizens, led by Generation Z, have taken to the streets to demand what every human being deserves: clean water and reliable electricity. These are the very rights promised in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 6 (Clean Water & Sanitation) and Goal 7 (Affordable, Reliable Energy).

Instead of dialogue, security forces fired tear gas and rubber bullets on unarmed demonstrators, threatening and injuring people whose protest was entirely peaceful.

As night falls, opportunistic wrong-doers are looting and burning to make the peaceful protesters look violent. The same security forces who used force on harmless citizens this morning are not stopping these crimes that tarnish the movement’s reputation.

Citizens of every age, youth and elders alike, are tired of daily blackouts and unsafe drinking water. Influencers, content creators, and ordinary people are speaking out both online and in the streets, refusing to stay silent any longer.

The world must not look away. Share this message, tag international organizations and major media, and help bring global attention to the people of Madagascar.
