If you’re a mom like me, you’ve had those days—
The diaper exploded, and you forgot spare clothes.
You meant to shower, but it’s already 4 p.m.
You love your baby so much, but you whisper, “Please, just nap.”
If you’re a mom like me,
You’ve reheated the same tea or coffee three times.
You’ve forgotten when you last combed your hair.
You packed the diaper bag—but missed the one thing you needed.
You’ve felt exhausted.
You’ve felt unsure.
You’ve wondered if you’re doing it right.
But you’ve also seen that sweet baby smile—
Held those tiny fingers—
And felt your heart burst with love.
You’re not alone.
I thank God every day for my husband, Angel.
He’s learning with me, laughing with me, and praying for me and with me.
And when I feel like I’m too weak, he reminds me our strength comes from the Lord.
And God—He’s been with us the whole time.
When we didn’t know what to do, He gave us peace.
When we were tired, He gave us grace.
When we were scared, He gave us strength.
God is in the mess with us—
Helping us raise our baby girl, Miahy.
Reminding us we are not alone.
So to the mom who forgot the diaper,
To the mom who didn’t get her nap—
You’re not failing. You’re loved. God loves you and He’s equipped you with what your baby needs.
You don’t have to be perfect.
Just keep showing up, keep praying and trust God in your parenting journey.
