Sustainability metrics should be part of your investment risk-mitigation assessment. They can also illustrate your firm's sensitivity to sustainability issues.

Sustainability is measured in three categories - environmental, social and governance (ESG).

For example a poor governance score might indicate a board, top heavy with company executives, taking excessive leveraged positions in their stock. Perhaps a disaster waiting to happen.

A low environmental score might suggest a hidden liability not readily noted.

S&P Estimates Enhancements

Our S&P Estimates Plus service just got better. S&P Estimates provides users with quarterly estimates of revenue and eps, cash flow, broker recommendations, and estimate trends. Now, thanks to a client suggestion, we have added individual broker recommendations to the summary data previously offered. If you have a favorite specialist firm, you can see what they think of a security in addition to seeing others and the mean and median recommendations and estimates.
