I’m seeing more and more videos online showing “$5,000 homes” or “$300 down payment deals.”
Most of them are 100% fake.

These scammers use:

Gmail/Yahoo emails

Stolen house photos

Pressure to “send the deposit today”

No contract

No approval from a legit lender

No dealership address

I work in manufactured housing, and this has gotten bad lately — people are losing real money.

I made a PSA video breaking down how to spot the scams and what to look for before you trust ANY listing.
