I swear that when I wrote out the description of “my ideal client” on paper Brett magically appeared on earth and connected with me.
Just kidding- I won’t take credit for the creation of Brett Hardy.😉 But if you’re an entrepreneur, you *know* how exciting it is to actually meet and work with your dream client.
Brett and I connected through a referral (which is why referrals are AMAZING 😘) and I’ve absolutely loved working with her.
Having real, genuinely enjoyable working relationships with my clients is one of my biggest goals as a social media manager. Knowing that we can communicate easily, effectively, and comfortably makes the process so much smoother– which in turn drives up the results for your business!

Mallory is amazing at what she does. She’s consistent, creative, and makes everything look and feel seamless. My clients can’t even tell it’s not me behind the posts, which says a lot about her attention to detail and ability to match my brand’s voice. She takes feedback really well and is always refining things without it ever feeling forced or contrived.
She’s also great to talk to—personable, professional, and easy to trust. I’d give her the passwords to everything without hesitation, and I completely trust her artistic direction. She listens, remembers, and keeps everything looking polished and cohesive without it feeling overly curated.
