Since its inception in 1990 as WBPH TV60, Lighthouse TV has dedicated itself to broadcasting faith and family-oriented programming. With a mission to educate, inspire, and encourage a closer walk with Jesus Christ, we've grown from local broadcasts in the Lehigh Valley to a broadened reach serving audiences across Pennsylvania from Philadelphia to Harrisburg to Wilkes Barre to Altoona. Our journey
began with Pat Huber in 1979, whose vision led to the creation of Sonshine Family Television Corporation and eventually the establishment of Lighthouse TV. Over the years, strategic expansions and acquisitions like WLYH-TV49 and our online streaming platforms, have enabled us to enhance our digital transmission capabilities and extend our viewing area across Pennsylvania and through our app anywhere in the world. In 2021, we furthered our commitment to accessible Christian content by opening a new TV studio in Philadelphia and in 2024 launched a new studio with daily live programming from Harrisburg. Today, Lighthouse TV stands as a beacon of hope, operating under a unified brand that brings uplifting content to diverse audiences across multiple regions. As a non-profit television ministry, we continue to produce and deliver programs that resonate with our core values of faith, family, and community.
