Karson McCaffery a white male, age 2

Konnor McCaffery a white male, age 4

Kaisen McCaffery a white male, age 2 months

Vehicle Information:

Black 2006 Ford Escape bearing MO, GM5C7G last seen in the Gladstone, MO area.

Possible suspects or associates are believed to be:

Naomi McCaffery, a white female, age 32, height 5'2", 175 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, unknown complexion, wearing unknown clothing.

Justin McCaffery, a white male, age 38, height 5'9", 230 lbs, balding, brown eyes, unknown complexion, wearing unknown clothing.

The endangered missing persons:

Karson McCaffery is a white male, age 2, unknown height, unknown weight, blond or strawberry blond hair, unknown color eyes, unknown complexion, with unknown physical marks, wearing unknown clothing.

Konnor McCaffery is a white male, age 4, unknown height, unknown weight, blond or strawberry blond hair, unknown color eyes, unknown complexion, with unknown physical marks, wearing unknown clothing.

Kaisen McCaffery is a white male, age 2 months, unknown height, unknown weight, blond or strawberry blond hair, unknown color eyes, unknown complexion, with unknown physical marks, wearing unknown clothing.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident:

Non-custodial parents failed to relinquish the children to Children’s Division under a court order and left the county.

The Marshall Police Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 911 W Morgan St at 4:00 PM on 7/9/2025.

The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:
Larry Lee Lemley, a white, male, age 79, hgt 5' 6", 120 lbs, white hair, blue eyes, wearing a Vietnam Veteran hat, glasses, white tee shirt, and light blue sweatpants.

Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Hypotension and undiagnosed cognitive issues, including memory loss

Vehicle Information:
White 2019 Toyota Highlander bearing Florida, LL46 last seen eastbound on Morgan St, Marshall, MO

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person:

Lemley left the residence and has not returned. He is without required medication. He has ties to Bellevue and Plattsmouth, Nebraska as well as Summerfield, Florida. His vehicle was seen on a license plate recognition system at 6:15 PM on I-470 westbound from US 50 in the South Kansas City area.

George R. Arth, a white male, age 78, hgt 5'11", 190 lbs, grey hair, brown eyes, wearing an unknown description of clothing.

Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Dementia and Alzheimer's

Vehicle Information: Maroon 2011 Ford F-250 bearing MO, 35J2LD last seen in the area of MO-7 at Moreland School Road in Blue Springs, MO

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person:

Arth left his residence by himself and is ordered not to drive alone due to his medical condition. He has not returned home and is without his cell phone.
